Here I'd like to make a plea to anyone who knows the city of Leeds. I'm going to be there for a couple of days post exhibition opening so was wondering..uh..what should I do with myself? What is good to see, where should I go, any foody recommendations? I'm open to all suggestions (shopping tips particularly welcome!) Just leave a comment and let me know.

aw lizzy this is a gorgeous piece!
Im in Leeds and the exhibition will be in my University too! Foodwise I recommend making a trip to Little Tokyo - best Japanese food in Leeds! or a place called 'The restaurant bar and grill' near the train station, nice but a bit more pricey ^_^
i recommend 'wok on' for some oriental grub in little new york style chinese boxes! it is so yummy :)
p.s there are two! one right near leeds station if you take a right or one kinda close to top shop across the main road!
Jump on a train and take a 20min ride to Ilkley, my home town. Its beautiful. Go to Betty's tea rooms and have a walk on the moors. Lots of lovely shops and places to eat too.
Another Gem! Kudos
Good Luck! Great work by the way. I'm a children's illustator and want to share with you my work www.ameliaup2.blogsot.com
